Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Acres Acquired website and related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “Acres Acquired LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Acres Acquired LLC, which uses the Acres Acquired name publicly and is managed by Julian Adames.

These Terms describe website use and our text messaging program. They do not constitute an offer to buy or sell a property, a purchase contract, legal advice, or investment advice. Any land transaction is subject to a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

1. Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or removed at any time.

2. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program name: Acres Acquired SMS Updates.

If you separately opt in by checking the SMS consent box on an Acres Acquired form, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Acres Acquired LLC (Acres Acquired brand), at the mobile number you provide. Messages may relate to land opportunities, property inquiries, and company updates. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in to text messages concerning your specific inquiry separately from ongoing promotional messages, where those options are offered. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without checking the applicable optional consent box does not enroll you in marketing texts. Your SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share necessary information with service providers that deliver our messaging program.

We or our messaging providers may change the number or short code used to send messages. We will provide notice as appropriate. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Cancellation and Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through the opted-out program unless you opt in again.

5. Supported Carriers

Messaging is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, but not all devices or carriers may be supported. Delivery may not be available in every area.

6. Privacy and Other Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These SMS Messaging Terms are part of these Terms and should be read with the Privacy Policy. If an SMS provision here conflicts with another provision of these Terms, the SMS provision will govern the messaging program.

7. Changes and Contact
